We will, We will Rock You........

Not sure what it is about a microphone and a few drinks but it seems to get the place rocking.  A fun filled family night took place on new years eve at Trial Bay Eco Tourist Park.  We had flashing tiara's, flashing wands, flashing braclets, flashing sunglasses, flashing wine glasses - the camp kitchen was a hue of coloured lights.

The little kids were having a ball.  When you have little kids new year is a non-event.  Well, not at Trial Bay Eco, the families sat in the camp kitchen area, the kids ran around, clive and fran were a wizz on the BBQ and pauline and lisa face painted for 3 1/2 hours.  Paula the diva queen of Karaoke was the mistress of ceremony and put on a great show for all the customers.

Trial Bay Eco would like to thank all their customers for a wonderful night and welcome everyone into the new year.  We look forward to connecting with our old friends and welcoming our new friends to our family in 2011.

Until then, keep smiling

Kids Club - So Much Fun

How amazing is Sand Wizzard.    Have you ever heard of it! More commonly known as sandart, the kids choose and create their own pictures, using coloured sand and sticky paper. Sections of the sticky paper are removed and the coloured sand applied, this is done over and over choosing different colours until the picture is complete. The kids at Bush Kids were entertained for hours today and totally mesmerized with their finished pictures, that's a holiday memory that can be kept forever.

A must at Trial Bay Eco is Georgia's Nails. Georgia now 11 was 4 days old when she was brought home from hospital to work with mum and dad at Trial Bay Eco Tourist Park. Now she is old enough to help mum in kids club which she loves doing. She is great with the kids and loves to design and assist the staff with the activities.

Must away as we have to get prepared for mum's pamper afternoon, the chocolates need displaying and more importantly the champagne and strawberries need chilling. We will give you an up-date later on this evening - hmmmm maybe tomorrow too much fun to be had tonight.

Keep chilling and enjoying your holiday break - hope to connect soon.

Keep Smiling

It was a Merry Christmas

What a gift it is to see the smiling faces of the children when Santa arrives at the park.  Santa has been coming to the park for many years (actually 12 years) and is always assisted by Mrs Claus. They both spend hours of their own time putting together bags of lollies just to see the sheer joy it brings to the children who stay in the park. Never wanting for anything just to serve and to impart happiness.

We are forever grateful for our magic staff and friends who also believe that if we can bring a smile on the lives of people we touch we have done our job. The free magic show by Troppo Bob and his side-kicks the guinea pig and rabbit were a delight. The visit from Santa topped off a wonderful Christmas eve. The bins are now over-flowing with prawn shells and paper wrapping. There will never be a 2010 Christmas Day again!. It's now holiday time - so bring on the sun.

Enjoy your holiday and heres to a safe and joyous holiday break

The presents are wrapped and the Ham is Cut

The presents are wrapped and the ham is cut, ready for breakfast tomorrow morning.  Our guests arrive boxing day and what a welcome that will be.  It is so great to see the hive of activity happening around the park.  Tonight Santa makes a sneak visit before he hits the skys delivering to all those good boys and girls.  His friend Troppo Bob will be doing a few magic tricks to entertain our new friends staying at Trial Bay Eco.

A Merry Christmas to All.

Want a Relaxing Family Holiday at South West Rocks

Look no further than South West Rocks.  It's lovely laid back nature is refreshing, its not over commercialised with high rise buildings and fast food chains.  A quaint village where you get a nod and a "how's your day" from the locals.    Have a chat to the fishermen as they bring in their haul early in the morning, take a stroll along one of the many beaches.  Be sure to ask your Trial Bay Eco Tourist Park reception staff on what is on in the town.  You too can be part of our lovely community.  Welcome!  This is what some other bloggers have to say about Trial Bay Eco http://www.trialbay.com.au/ and South West Rocks.

Stuck for Christmas Presents

There is always someone in the family that you just don't know what to buy for.  If  you have one of those family members you can't go by a Trial Bay Eco Gift Voucher.  Just contact the Park and we will have a voucher sent to you in the mail ready and wrapped to be put under the christmas tree.  And yes, we wrap it so it doesn't look like a gift voucher - how cool is that!

So ring one of our guest relations staff and they will get one out to you today.

Have fun putting up the tree, writing  out all those chrissy cards and wrapping those presents.
Stay sane - and just remember your holiday is just around the corner.
